The shining trophies on our shelves can never win tomorrows game.

You and I know deeper down, there’s always a chance to win the crown.
But when we fail to give our best, we simply haven’t met the test, of giving all and saving none until the game is really won.

Of showing what is meant by grit.
Of playing through when other quit.
Of playing through, not letting up.

It is bearing down that wins the cup.
Of dreaming there’s a goal ahead.
Of hoping when our dreams are dead.
Of praying when our hopes have fled.

Yet losing, not afraid to fall, if bravely we have given all.
For who can ask of a man than giving all within his span.
Giving all it seems to me, is not so far from victory.

And so the fates are seldom wrong, no matter how they twist and wind.
It’s you and I who make our fates–we open up or close the gates on the road ahead or the road behind.”

“Don’t Whine. Don’t complain. Don’t make excuses! The results will be about what they should be. Not necessary to what you want them to be.. Things will work out as they should providing we do what we should…Our tendency is to hope that things will turn out the way we want them to, much of the time. But we don’t do the things that are necessary to make things become reality.”

My personal mind memory is a disaster while in my heart memory…writings, even with the smallest font, are never wiped…your name is easily engraved at any  simple moment where you touch my heart with a word, with a smile….or better yet with an extended moment where we as humans united in emotions…

Shocking, one time and again, that emotional banks of most people are emptied in a split of a second no matter how rich our heart memories are filled…Strange how people drop all savings in any turn of events that does not suit their current mood or ideas…

My weakest spot is my emotions that always need a tuner…Turned on at all moments at the highest level…I know that even if your bank is at zero percent…mine is at 100 and will never change or even…regret!

The puzzle philosophy in which we persist in flipping the way we do things till we get it right, relentlessly and with full dedication until we build a beautiful picture of success – is something that is very precious and dear in our Link culture, all across the companies, this is the spirit and commitment and this is the legacy that will continue as a precious culture that we will nurture both in OTVentures and LINKdotNET.

I am proud to say that I owe you, I owe you my new promotion, I owe you my success and I owe you the excitement that really wakes me up every day wanting to come to work and learn from every precious team member how can we do it better. These are big words, I am not trying to sell you anything, I am just sharing the truth behind the energy that powered me during the past 14 years. The beauty of using technology to do exciting things, was always the premise upon which i joined this company, I carried this with me every day and will still do even as I move to a new era in OTVentures. Technology is not just code, budgets, deadlines, meetings and all kind of mechanics which are necessary for its motion – It is more of a mix of science and art, an act of creation that if done correctly can transport knowledge, change lives, grow businesses and…in some cases cause a revolution. I believe in the power of what we do and I saw it happen in reality, you should stand out at some moments and reflect on the real meaning of the cornerstone that you are building, no matter how small or big, and understand the power of it, it helps…It makes you proud…and I am very proud.

Yes, the Big just got Bigger! I have to tell you, honestly, I am more than excited and determined to work hard towards the new level of the dream; and I know that nothing can be achieved without the team work. I am counting on each one of you to help and support by excelling in your current focus, by committing to being on time with the best quality and even strive for more excellence even when you compromise, you can compromise and maximize, trust me, it pays off. Small things, even if god only sees them, make big things happen…I know that, it happened to me.

In this letter that I wrote to my precious team of Link Development, it was my first time ever to sign with my new title as CEO of OTVentures…Nostalgic with memories rushing in my head at 1:00AM, just felt like reading it for the first time since i wrote it in June…

Whatever that means, just felt like saying it!

Tag me as Crazy but I believe it! Humans…when they do something for the love of it….for the want of it…for the pride of it…they simply leave a bit of soul behind …The bit of their soul connects with any other human that touches, sees, smells, interacts with their man creation…You never see it… But you connect with it.

It is the soul connection gentlemen that makes any man work stand out. Some cities have soul, some don’t…Some food even with best ingredient never leaves an impression….some just leaves your mouth wet upon recollection of its taste…look closer, even if tons of money is spent, man work when done with love leaves a bit soul…You feel it, you connect with it! It has a flavor…You may like it, you may debate it…but for sure you feel it and connect with it.

The soul connection, in my opinion, is what attracts in any man made anything! Sounds crazy and clueless…who cares! that is my sliver spot…Are you connecting?:)
